Healthy snacks provide a way of enjoying delicious food, while also not damaging our bodies or not adding to our calorie intake. 

 

We have comprised a list of X healthy snacks that you can make yourself, to help you find the right things to consume so that you don’t have to cheat your diet.

In making smoothies you are limited only by your own taste in fruits. You can add go with some of the classics like bananas and oranges, or go for a completely new taste.

These bad boys are made from a mixture of: honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, whole rolled oats, natural peanut, crushed peanuts, and mini chocolate chips.

 

The first thing that will notice once you start to make the Homemade Granola Bars is the amazing smell that will fill your kitchen as you mix the ingredients together. 

 

Another great thing about them is that they are easy to make and also require little time and effort to do so. After you are done preparing them, one hour of refrigeration is what remains until you get to chewing them.

At the very end, we wanted to give you 5 extra healthy snacks, for those among you that don’t want to cook them or have to prepare anything.

 

Dark Chocolate – Which is one of the most interesting entries in this list. A lot of people do not associate chocolate with healthy at all but, as we learned, that isn’t always true.

 

There are countless health benefits associated with dark chocolate, and if taken in right moderation, they can be a great healthy snack. 

 

Nuts – Well this is a funny entry. Nuts are a bit hard to categorize, they are definitely healthy, but they do contain high levels of fat.

 

Now fat is a necessary part of the human diet, and the types of fats found in nuts are most of the time good for us. Avoid nuts only if you are on a diet and are trying to lose weight

 

Coffee – Caffeine dependency is probably the biggest and most common habit that people share as of 2021.

 

Coffee can be really good for you though. Some go as far as to claim that coffee even helps you with your brain’s function, but some of these claims are a bit exaggerated. 

 

Red Wine – No list of healthy snacks would be completed without some sort of alcohol being involved. Jokes aside, Red Wine, might not be your typical snack but it is a healthy beverage nonetheless.

 

Some of the benefits of red wine include: reduction of depression risk, helps keep you slim, helps with memory, can help fight a cold, can help increase the health of your hear, etc.
