Acknowledgment Of Professional Standards *

I acknowledge that when accepting lesson opportunities through the InstaSwim platform, I am expected to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and safety-focused manner in accordance with InstaSwim's policies and guidelines.

Non-Solicitation Agreement *

I acknowledge and agree that I am prohibited from soliciting InstaSwim clients for private swim lessons or engaging in any independent agreements outside of InstaSwim.

Parent/Adult Supervision Required *

I acknowledge and agree that at least one parent or adult guardian must be present at all times during every lesson. I am not to be left alone with any minor under any circumstances.

Client Offer Acknowledgment *

I acknowledge that client offers are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of clients in my area.

Payment Policy Acknowledgment *

I acknowledge that all payments from clients must be made directly to InstaSwim. Accepting payments directly from clients is prohibited.
