InstaSwim offers mobile swim lessons across many locations nationwide. Instructor availability varies by area. To check availability and pricing, please enter your zip code on our pricing page to see if independent instructors are available near your preferred pool location.

Instructors are not publicly listed or browsed on the InstaSwim platform. Instead, InstaSwim coordinates instructor matching using an internal system based on factors such as location, availability, and preferences submitted during registration.

If your assigned instructor is not the right fit, you may request a different available instructor in your area by contacting us at support@instaswimusa.com.

InstaSwim charges a one-time $20 platform service fee per student. This fee is not due at registration and will be added to your invoice after you confirm a start date with your instructor. There are no hidden fees—your invoice will reflect your selected lesson package and applicable platform fees only.

After you register and confirm a start date with your instructor, InstaSwim will email you an invoice. Payments can be made securely using a debit or credit card. If you do not receive an invoice or need assistance, please contact our support team at (888) 610-2656.

Yes. For a limited time, InstaSwim offers a single-lesson option so families can try private swim instruction before committing to a lesson package. If you’d like to continue after your first lesson, you may upgrade to a multi-lesson package to receive discounted per-lesson pricing. Availability may vary by location.

No. InstaSwim does not accept cash payments. All payments are processed electronically via secure credit or debit card transactions to ensure accurate records and streamlined billing.

Payment for lesson packages is due before lessons begin. Once instructor availability is coordinated and a start date is confirmed, InstaSwim will email you an invoice. Payment must be completed at least 5 days prior to the first scheduled lesson.

Independent swim instructors remain responsible for their own professional conduct, safety decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. Insurance coverage does not eliminate risk or replace active supervision.

• Wear proper swim attire (swimsuit, goggles, swim cap if needed).

• Have towels and a change of clothes ready.

• Ensure the pool is clean, accessible, and ready for use at the scheduled time.

• Apply sunscreen and stay hydrated for outdoor lessons.

• For younger swimmers, parents or guardians should remain present and attentive during the lesson.

• Review our Terms of Service for details on scheduling, cancellations, and policies.

If you have any specific needs, concerns, or goals, we encourage you to discuss them with your instructor before your first lesson.

Independent instructors may bring basic training aids to support instruction, such as:

• Kickboards

• Diving rings

• Water toys for engagement and skill development

• Water barbells or similar resistance tools (when appropriate)

Equipment availability may vary by instructor. If you have specific requests or already own preferred equipment, you’re welcome to coordinate directly with your instructor.

Every independent instructor on the InstaSwim platform must pass a national background check, hold active CPR/First Aid certifications, and comprehensively study and consent to our Safety & Conduct Guide to remain eligible for client matches. Furthermore, we ensure that the professionals in our network bring consistent, real-world teaching backgrounds to the water.
