Instructors are not publicly listed or browsed on the InstaSwim platform. Instead, InstaSwim coordinates instructor matching using an internal system based on factors such as location, availability, and preferences submitted during registration.

InstaSwim charges a one-time $20 platform service fee per student. This fee is not due at registration and will be added to your invoice after you confirm a start date with your instructor. No. InstaSwim does not accept cash payments. All payments are processed electronically via secure credit or debit card transactions to ensure accurate records and streamlined billing.
Payment for lesson packages is due before lessons begin. Once instructor availability is coordinated and a start date is confirmed, InstaSwim will email you an invoice. Payment must be completed at least 5 days prior to the first scheduled lesson.
