Experience and teaching history are provided by the instructor. Instructors are independent contractors, not InstaSwim employees. Every instructor you can be matched with has been background checked, keeps a CPR and First Aid card on file, has finished InstaSwim's safety and conduct training, and has signed the contractor agreement. These are eligibility steps, not an endorsement. Review your matched instructor's profile before your first lesson.

The Hebron swim year
When pools open, and when families bookHow kids come up here
The places Hebron swimmers use, youngest first.
- 1Babies to preschool
First splashes with a parent
The youngest swimmers start in the arms of a parent, getting used to water on their face, kicking and floating with support. A quiet home or neighborhood pool in Hebron keeps these early sessions calm, short and focused on comfort before any real stroke work begins.
- 2Grade school
Learning to swim each summer
Grade schoolers build on the basics with kicking, front and back floats, breathing and their first strokes across the pool. Many families nearby use city rec pools in summer, like the ones Richardson runs to the southeast, and add private lessons at their own pool.
- 3Teens
Building strokes and endurance
Teens who want to join a summer league or swim team, or who are thinking about junior lifeguard programs, often need cleaner strokes and more endurance. One on one time in a home or HOA pool lets them work on technique and longer swims at their own pace.
- 4High school
Getting ready for the UIL season
High school swimming in Texas runs under the UIL, with district, regional and state meets landing in January and February. Swimmers aiming for a high school team can use private sessions to sharpen turns, starts and stroke efficiency well ahead of that winter stretch.

I loved how she made my two year-old son feel really comfortable in the water. He typically is very nervous around new people, but it didn’t take long before he adjusted to her. She was very patient because he was a little scared of the water but by the end of the lesson he was splashing comfortably in the pool.
Great first lesson and even got my timid one in the water! Both kids are excited for the next lesson.
We had a great first lesson with Nathan! He was on time, worked great with our kids, and already saw great progress with them after the lesson! Thanks, Nathan!

Talk to the InstaSwim teamCan I pick my instructor?
InstaSwim matches you with an independent instructor based on your location and each swimmer's age and comfort level. You see the instructor's profile before you pay, and you can request a new instructor up to 2 times per package.
Do we need our own pool in Hebron?
Lessons happen at a pool your family arranges: your building's pool, a condo or HOA pool, or a backyard pool. InstaSwim does not own or provide pools. Any pool fees are paid to the pool, not to InstaSwim.
Can a private swim instructor come to our home or building pool in Hebron?
Yes, when the pool allows it. For a building, condo or HOA pool, check the pool rules for guests and instructors first, then set the day and time with your instructor. InstaSwim does not arrange pool access.
Do you offer baby and toddler swim lessons in Hebron?
Yes. Mommy & Me lessons put a parent in the water with babies and toddlers from 6 months, and lessons for ages 3 to 6 work on floating, kicking and breath control. Tell us each child's age when you register so the match accounts for it.
When do I pay?
Registering is free. Once your instructor is confirmed and you agree on a start date, your invoice arrives by email. Packages of 2 or more lessons can be paid in weekly installments.
What does it cost in Hebron?
Rates are per lesson and set for your ZIP code. Packages of 6 and 12 lessons lower the per-lesson rate. There is a $20 registration fee per swimmer, refunded only if no lessons take place.
What if the instructor is not the right fit?
Ask for a new instructor from your Match Hub. You can do this up to 2 times per package, and InstaSwim finds the next instructor for you.
Who are the instructors in Hebron?
Independent contractors on the InstaSwim roster, not InstaSwim employees. Every instructor you can be matched with has been background checked, keeps a CPR and First Aid card on file, has finished safety and conduct training, and has signed the contractor agreement. Experience is provided by the instructor, and families review the matched instructor before booking.
Which towns near Hebron do your instructors serve?
Instructors on the Hebron roster also travel to Far North Dallas, Addison, Carrollton, Valley Ranch, Lewisville and North Dallas, within their own travel radius. Type your ZIP above to see the rates for your town.
Is there a lake near Hebron where my kids can swim?
White Rock Lake and Bachman Lake in Dallas are permanently closed to swimming by city code. Lavon Lake in southeast Collin County, run by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has designated swim beaches open from April through September. Those swimming areas are unsupervised with no lifeguards on duty, so an adult should watch every swimmer closely.
Will lessons make my child water safe?
No lesson makes anyone safe around water. Lessons build skills, comfort and good habits. An adult should watch every swimmer, every time, at the pool and near open water.
