Experience and teaching history are provided by the instructor. Instructors are independent contractors, not InstaSwim employees. Every instructor you can be matched with has been background checked, keeps a CPR and First Aid card on file, has finished InstaSwim's safety and conduct training, and has signed the contractor agreement. These are eligibility steps, not an endorsement. Review your matched instructor's profile before your first lesson.

We’re glad we found Nate! Nate adjusts his approach to my 5year old’s silliness. The classes are playful while also skill building. My son looks forward to his classes with Coach Nate! Nate also communicates timely and effectively. What else would you want?
Nathan did a great job on his first lesson with my toddler. She is very hesitant in the pool, but Nathan worked at her pace and by the end of the lesson she was making great progress.
Great first lesson and even got my timid one in the water! Both kids are excited for the next lesson.

Do we need our own pool in Parker?
Lessons happen at a pool your family arranges: your building's pool, a condo or HOA pool, or a backyard pool. InstaSwim does not own or provide pools. Any pool fees are paid to the pool, not to InstaSwim.
Can a private swim instructor come to our home or building pool in Parker?
Yes, when the pool allows it. For a building, condo or HOA pool, check the pool rules for guests and instructors first, then set the day and time with your instructor. InstaSwim does not arrange pool access.
Do you offer baby and toddler swim lessons in Parker?
Yes. Mommy & Me lessons put a parent in the water with babies and toddlers from 6 months, and lessons for ages 3 to 6 work on floating, kicking and breath control. Tell us each child's age when you register so the match accounts for it.
When do I pay?
Registering is free. Once your instructor is confirmed and you agree on a start date, your invoice arrives by email. Packages of 2 or more lessons can be paid in weekly installments.
What does it cost in Parker?
Rates are per lesson and set for your ZIP code. Packages of 6 and 12 lessons lower the per-lesson rate. There is a $20 registration fee per swimmer, refunded only if no lessons take place.
What if the instructor is not the right fit?
Ask for a new instructor from your Match Hub. You can do this up to 2 times per package, and InstaSwim finds the next instructor for you.
Who are the instructors in Parker?
Independent contractors on the InstaSwim roster, not InstaSwim employees. Every instructor you can be matched with has been background checked, keeps a CPR and First Aid card on file, has finished safety and conduct training, and has signed the contractor agreement. Experience is provided by the instructor, and families review the matched instructor before booking.

When do pools near Parker open and close for summer?
Nearby Richardson city pools opened for Memorial Day weekend in 2026, started regular summer schedules at the end of May, and closed neighborhood pools on a staggered schedule in August. The swim season for all Richardson pools ended Labor Day weekend. Private lessons happen at a home, condo or HOA pool your family arranges, not at city pools.
Can kids from Parker swim at Lavon Lake?
Lavon Lake, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in southeast Collin County, has designated swim beaches such as Mallard Park and East Fork Park, mostly open April through September. Swimming areas are unsupervised and have no lifeguards, so an adult should watch every swimmer closely at all times.
Will lessons make my child water safe?
No lesson makes anyone safe around water. Lessons build skills, comfort and good habits. An adult should watch every swimmer, every time, at the pool and near open water.
