InstaSwim does not own or run any pools
Lessons happen at a pool you can use. Your instructor is an independent contractor and may not have a pool of their own.
You and your instructor find one together. Once you are matched, you work together to find a pool that allows private lessons, such as a community center, YMCA, gym or apartment complex.
Pool fees are paid to the pool, not to InstaSwim. Entry fees, guest passes and day passes are paid by you directly to the pool or its management. They are not part of your lesson price, and InstaSwim does not collect them.
If a pool says no on lesson day, that lesson may count as used.

Check with your pool first. Many community, HOA and apartment pools have rules about private lessons. Please ask your pool's management before your first lesson.

Active Supervision
A parent or legal guardian must remain on the pool deck for the entire lesson. For safety, minors cannot be left unattended with an instructor.
Trust & Safety
Before independent instructors join our platform, every instructor completes a background check, consent to our safety & conduct standards, and has their CPR certification confirmed. From there, we always encourage you to connect with your matched instructor before your first lesson, ask any questions, and make sure they feel like the right fit for your family.
Official Waiver
Before your first lesson you will sign a short digital liability waiver. It is required for every participant.
Platform Integrity
Please keep your booking, payments, and lessons on InstaSwim. Lessons arranged outside the platform are not part of InstaSwim and are not supported by us in any way. Hiring InstaSwim instructors privately outside the platform is prohibited.

You pay the lesson price shown — whether that lesson has 1 student or 6. Siblings sharing a lesson don’t multiply the cost.

Your kids are in the same time slot together. No need to book separate lessons for each child — pick a lesson length that fits your group size.
One student in the water at a time
For safety and liability reasons, only one student is in the water with the instructor at any given moment. Other students wait in a safe area away from the pool, wearing a flotation device, and rotate in one at a time when it’s their turn.
Pick the right size upfront
Most families book a 6-lesson package to find their rhythm with an instructor. If you already know you want more, booking the 12-pack from the start unlocks our best per-lesson rate.
